How we process your orders…

Once received the customer order is assigned to a representative.

The assigned representative will enter the order details into the computer system which then sends the information automatically to our warehouse for the preparation of goods available.

A box will then become allocated for the order marked with a barcoded label indicating which goods have been prepared.

When the goods are prepared in our warehouse the computer system automatically advises the assigned representative a list of items unavailable who then places the orders to the relevant suppliers.

On arrival of the goods outstanding each item receives it ‘s own barcode which is then affixed to the customer’s allocated box and the item is placed together with it’s order.

Once the order is complete a ‘packing list’ is automatically printed and each barcode affixed to the customer’s box is scanned verifying every item ordered is present.

In the event of the order missing goods the system informs the operator and will not close the order unless instructed to do so.

When the order is complete and ready to be shipped we then decide whether to ship by courier or deliver with our own vehicles.

Printed on each and every document is the name of the representative who has followed the order from the very beginning.

The customer can request a user name/password and can follow their order.
